I was honored to bring to life a design concept

from renowned swedish artist Hannes Wingate, utilizing metal as the material. This 12ft diameter hand woven dome has no welds or ties holding it together. The structural integrity comes from each individual piece being interwoven together. This was a private commission on a beautiful property in the Pacific Northwest.

Hannes is a mentor of mine and was present in my life when i first started creating

large scale sculptures. He instilled the question "WHY?" into me which i have consistently taken into consideration since then.

I feel a responsibility when making large objects to understand the intent...

I strive to compliment a situation or setting.
